Subscriptions: Are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account Automatically renew unless canceled May be managed through your device’s subscription settings Are subject to the billing terms of the respective app store Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple or Google. 3. PURE-LEE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Gavine Consulting Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the Pure-Lee mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the App. 1. License Grant Gavine Consulting Services LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Pure-Lee App solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control and as permitted by the applicable app store terms. This license does not grant you ownership of the App. 2. App Ownership The Pure-Lee App and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to: Software code Design Branding Content Text Features are the exclusive property of Gavine Consulting Services LLC. You may not: Copy Modify Distribute Reverse engineer Decompile Resell Create derivative works from the App. 3. App Purpose Pure-Lee is a reflection and inspirational guidance application designed to provide: Inspirational messages Motivational reflections Spiritual encouragement Personal contemplation prompts The content is intended for personal inspiration and reflection only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. 4. User Responsibilities You agree not to use the App to: Violate any laws or regulations Attempt unauthorized access to systems Interfere with App functionality Reverse engineer or exploit the App Misuse the App for harmful purposes Any violation may result in termination of your license. 5. Apple App Store Additional Terms If you downloaded the App through the Apple App Store: Apple is not a party to this agreement. Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content. Apple provides no maintenance or support services for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. 8. Google Play Additional Terms If you downloaded the App through the Google Play Store: Your use of the App must comply with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement. Google is not responsible for the App’s content, functionality, or support. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gavine Consulting Services LLC disclaims all warranties including: Merchantability Fitness for a particular purpose Non-infringement Reliability Availability Accuracy of content We do not guarantee the App will be: Error-free Secure Continuously available Free of interruptions 10.
